Fill out the form below. Once submitted, we will send you a request for authorization through Client Gate and we will navigate you how you can accept it.

After authorization, we will check your sole entrepreneurship status to see what taxation you selected, to check if you have any missing tax returns and to understand from which period you need accounting service. If the past has to be solved, we will send a pro forma invoice via email about the next steps. If your past is fine, then we charge our service fee retrospectively the starting days of the month following the actual month. If you don’t find it, please check your spam box or notice us via email and we will check what happened.

It is a pre-condition to have clear past from taxation and accounting point of view, or if you have any missing report, you accept the service fee to sort it out.

How the accounting process works (for couriers):

1. You forward us your settlement reports received from your courier platform via email.

2. We book your revenue and maintain your revenue records.

3. We calculate your income and determine your taxes and contributions.

4. We prepare and submit your quarterly tax return before the 12th of the month following the given quarter.

5. We inform you about the payable taxes and we also inform you how you can financially settle them before the deadline.
